Medical groups will ask court to block new CDC vaccine recommendations

The groups are also seeking to stop next month’s scheduled meeting of the CDC’s independent vaccine advisers, all of whom were appointed by US Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. after he fired the previous advisers.
